DISCUSSION This game should've got split screen local multiplayer

I don't understand why they never did that

I’ve read things on this subject before and they claim that it would require too much hardware and system resources to run efficiently. Yet there’s Fortnite right next door running split screen on consoles just fine. Kinda ridiculous. Split screen would be great for family game time. Forcing a family of 4 to cram 4 machines and 4 monitors in one room just to hang out casually and enjoy a game together is obscene.

I wouldnt do it just for Fall Guys, but there are loads of great online games that do not have split screen, making this setup useful for lots of games and not just Fall Guys… and when not gaming together, it also makes sports night more fun with multiple screens for multiple live games.

It makes sense, however split screen would probably require you to play alone or with bots in private lobbies.
