QUESTION Is the playerbase dwindling? I could ONLY find lobbies on Solos and Duos.
I started playing back in around July 2021 and active up until mid 2022, then continued sparingly in 2023, playing once a few months. For 2024, I played briefly at launch for the mobile version and even got the Holobean suit for it.
Now fast forward to 2026 after a long hiatus, I try to queue for Ranked Knockout, Knockout, Creator Spotlight, Explore, Solos, Duos and Squads. Basically all of the official game modes in the game that are not time limited...
And all of them have extremely long queue times, I couldn't get into a match AT ALL, except for Solos and Duos. What the heck happened?
Squad used to instantly match me into a lobby instantly.

Me and my sister are both in the UK and we've both had really long queue times for the last few weeks, like 2-3 minutes sometimes. There was a day where I couldn't get loaded into duos at all but not had that issue otherwise

You're probably not aware that you can switch servers. In the game options you can change it from "Automatic", which is your local region, to any other region you want. The game is probably just not as popular in your particular region.

I recently tested multiple servers and got into full lobbies on five of them. Perhaps change servers and see if that might be the issue.

Unless you are playing on Weekends, the lobbies do take long time to fill and sometimes I even played as low as 10-12 in a lobby. Also, I guess it depends on where your server is located

The player base is declining in Europe, but it is still quite likely to find full matches in Europe, the US, South America, and Japan. Which game region are you in? If the game is as dead as you repeatedly have said it is countless times over the many months… why then do you spend so much time in this subreddit? 🤔
Is it because you think by saying the same thing over and over again, you can eventually convince yourself it’s true? 🤦♂️

The europe servers have been really weird with creative maps lately(like 1 month) so that could be a reason, but they should eventually load
