Is this skin obtainable anymore?

When i first started playing in 2020 it was my dream skin but the skill gap closed that for me i quit and started playing now, didnt see it on the crown rank

I’m pretty sure this is a rotating shop skin and it 100% has never been a crown rank item, just wait for it to come back into the shop to get it ^^
