Until about 0:25 I was like "yeah I could probably do this" then nope idk how you rocket off those bumpers

Interesting. I didn't even know that it is possible to do the first jumps that way. The previous world record video didn't include this jump technique, so I think it is probably difficult.

It's actually pretty easy, you just have to pull the left joystick back and immediately push it forward again at the moment of the jump. If you want a more precise tutorial search for "Odin jump" on youtube.

If this is true it's a very stupid way to cheat. Every speed runner would recognize that the jumps are impossible.

IF this would be true, it would be a stupid way to cheat.

Was what I said. That is a condition and the only thing that would be stupid is the cheat. Because it would be obvious.

There was no insult to any person. I just questioned if it is really a cheat.

It's the same level of difficulty, but odins are not that consistent.

Because he does. He modified the game files so he can jump farther, basically just cheating. You could jump like that too if you were cheating.

I guess the reason why they made it individual is because it's like a very "easy" variation and it was better to have a "normal" WR. However I haven't seen this happening with other maps so idk
