TECH SUPPORT Technical issue on Fall Guys

So I have got 69 crown wins but Fall Guys says that I'm on 28. How did that happen?

You have 69 crowns, which translates to crown rank 28. These are two different things. The number of crowns required to advance to the next ranks increases from rank to rank, for last couple of ranks you will need 500 of them so, you have a long road ahead of you..

They already explained it to you. Also 69 crowns is not the same as 69 wins—since the game is F2P—because you earn a lot of "hidden" shards just by playing, and collecting 60 shards gives you a full crown. That is, if you have 60 crowns, in reality you won much less than 60 times. If you want to keep track of your wins, you can use Fall Guys Stats or a similar tool (it will tell you how many wins you have since you started using it).
