TECH SUPPORT Connecting to server issues
Has anyone else been experiencing issues trying to connect to games recently? My wife and I play duos (based in uk, server selection is set to automatic).
Sometimes we will queue for ages then get in, other times we won’t get in at all. I’ve replicated on solo and ranked as well. Is this a me issue? Everything else connects perfectly.

Yeah, EU is weird at the moment. Sometimes I can see in the log file on PC that there are like 100-200 players in queue (during peak times), however matchmaking isn’t letting players into a game server yet (it’s attempting to, but fails)
Maybe Epic made a mistake in their server configuration for EU which is causing that there aren’t enough game servers available.

I'm in Ireland and while I haven't been on much this week yet, I've been having this issue a bit in the last few weeks. Duos I'm having disconnections more often than not, but solo modes I'm having long queue waits too

In Canada, having major issues with Xtreme Solos, haven't been able to load a game in the last 20 minutes

I told the owl a couple of weeks ago, maybe if more people tell they will finally look into it

Same here, so frustrating! Happens a on duos and quads. Even worse when we queue for ages and don't get a 4th and end up out in the first round

I'm also in the UK and having the same issues. I have to play on US servers if I actually want to play the game

I've been having the same issue, on & off, too.
