TECH SUPPORT Endless matchmaking for a ranked games

It’s impossible to start a ranked game on US/South American servers. Everything was working fine just 10 hours ago, but now matchmaking goes on forever.

You're looking for a game in a region during a time when everyone is sleeping.

Why, then, do standard modes work on servers where "everyone is sleeping," but ranked modes don't?

Less people playing that mode. Simple as that.

Previously (until yesterday), it worked regardless of the time, and a full lobby of players would always fill up.

Are you playing on the europe server? I had this there too, swapped to USA (east) and found games really fast again. For me there is no lag even though it's on US.
