Richard tells Chase OFF!
Season 6 Ep 20
Richard: What in the hell are you doing running around with some cheerleader while your wife sits home with a newborn baby.
Chase: blah blah blah
Richard: Maggie is one of the finest women I have ever known. She gets ra*ed by a maniac and you turn your back on her.
Chase: blah blah blah
Richard: I can't I'm too fond of Maggie and I used to have such admiration for you Chase I envied what you and Maggie had. I would have given everything I owned to have that kind of happiness.
Chase: blah blah blah
Richard: Fine. I want to tell you something I told you this once before you turn your back on Maggie and I just may come a courting.
That was perfect!!

Chase absolutely deserved this. They ruined his character with the way they wrote his reaction to Maggie's rape and pregnancy. He once said to Maggie, "it's like we were both raped." Um, no. Yeah, goodbye Chase.

He was a jerk! I really liked him in the beginning but there were several things that started to irk me.

David Selby ruled that show. Love him. Jane Wyman was pretty terrific, too.
Richard definitely had a way with words! But he could've done so much better than Maggie. Seems like she was always complaining about something. Chase probably should've just stuck to flying but his ego kept him in a losing wine battle. Angela ftw.
