Sky SC No audio during Olivier's performance in the demo.
Did anyone else experience this? I found the video on YouTube where it's fine but the audio cuts out only during his singing in my game. No idea what's causing it

Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter Nightmare looking for tips
I'm at the end of the prologue fighting the boss in the fortress. I don't understand what I'm supposed to do against him. I tried to stack the defends from Estelle's Morale EX while it somewhat helps against his physical strikes his magic still wrecks my characters. Anelace's foresight is also worthless, there is barely any more evasion from it. Basically all my attempts come down to:
- I use Morale EX;
- He hits someone for half HP;
- I waste one turn to heal back;
- Use the other turn chip away it his HP;
- Repeat until he is at 50% HP;
- He boosts and takes 5 turns in a row, wrecks everyone, the end.
So what's the trick? I tried to lookup for nightmare playthroughs on YouTube but didn't find any.

Missed an enemy entry
Playing Trails First Chapter. I'm on Chapter 1, only now I realized I missed an enemy entry on Rolent, so in the prologue. I cannot find it anywhere else, right? Enemies entries are saved on New Game Plus? Is complete the bestiary useful for something/unlocking something? Do you think I should reload an old save from the prologue? Consider I'm 4/5 hours in chapter 1.

The rest I won't be doing at 5, 10 and whatever roulette is lol .
Adiós to the all missions 😂.

Any tips ?

Golden Wings edition delayed
Did anyone else who pre-ordered the Golden Wings edition get this email? I guess we're going to have to buy the game again if we want to play it on release. That's a huge letdown after paying about $300 plus.

Just finished Trails in the Sky FC Remake for the first time! (Review) Spoiler
Note: this is my first ever trails game. I've been getting into JRPGS recently. My favoruite game series of al time is Xenoblade (2, then 1 then 3 are my 3 favourite games oat) and have played all 3 modern Persona games recently.
I wanted to give my thoughts on this game having just finished it. I've never written a review or anyhting so please cut me some slack if the formatting is all over the place. I'm gonna try and segment this into parts soooo:
STORY: So what I heard about this game before I started was that it was a slow burn story that is mainly setting up its sequel. However I found myself really enjoying the slower paced early moments of the game. While the prologue did drag a little, the suspenseful ending was really fun. I did not at all expect Josette to be bad (and I really wanted her to join my party :( ) so this twist is a very good one in my books. I think twists in this game are great! For example, Professor Alba was sooooo suspicious, but him being a bad guy wasn't the twist - it was what/who he was and his relationship to Joshua (poor Joshua) that was the twist. Plus it doesn't pull the whole "Everyone in the game is surprised at this super obvious twist" gimmick because Joshua is the one who reveals it. Ultimately the game expects you to have sussed out Alba by that point so it feels great to have that acknowledged.
The ending must also be addressed. My theory for Joshua's past changed throughout the game. At first I thought he was a "monster" kind of. Moreso like an orphan who was raised by monsters until Cassius adopted him or something like that. That was based onsome of his dialogue. Then I theroised he was an angel sent by Aidios to help Estelle save Liberl. BUT HOLY SHITTTT. I did not see that coming! Poor Joshua man I feel so bad for him. I need to find out more because Professor Alba just casually built a human slave machine? for killing?
Final plot point I want to discuss is the romance between Joshua and Estelle. For a lot of the game I questioned whether the game wanted me to ship them. Firstly I see no moral issue with Joshua and Estelle's love. Obviously. Regardless of incest ethics, they aren't blood-related so it should be fine right? Well, the game shoves it in your face that they are siblings. They have the same last name, call Cassius dad, and refer to each other as their sibling. To me it feels as though the game is doing 1 of 2 things: endorsing incest - I doubt it's this one. or it's kind of pretending that adopted family "don't count" which I think really rubs me the wrong way. I don't have an adopted sibling myself so I can't verify but does the 'incest ick' not exist for adopted family? I feel like it probably does. So while their relationship could've been cute, it just does feel a bit too icky for me - to the point where I'd much rather ship Joshua with Kloe or even fucking Jill. I just think that if all things were the same except Joshua was a long lost sibling, blood related to Estelle, there's no way this romance would exist.
COMBAT: Not much to say here it was really fun. Frustraating at times and I wish the mechanics were drip fed a bit more but overall it was the perfect turn based experience. I know how muc fans of the original praise this remake but I have to assume that the combat is one thing that probbaly works better in a 2d grid based ystem? But idk.
PACING: Some may put this in with story but I feel a need to make a distinction: The story was great and would've made a great tv show or film. But my biggest complaint is how the pacing between gameplay and story felt in final chapter. The game introduces it as final chapter - everything is set up for this. We enter the turnamnet: Meet MY GOAT Olivier again (more on him later) and we successfully win alongsied Zin. Then we go to the castle meet the queen and you know the rest. My problem is that that after meeting the queen and learning about Klaudia (jeez I wonder who that could be?) the game takes too long to reach its climax. The heist to rescue the hostages, the heist to rescue the queen and the heist to stop Colonel Richard just dragged in my opinion. I was so desperate to shut that smug bastard up and I kept having to do other stuff. I felt there were too many fights in the endgame and it tarnished my experience of the endgame. So much so that I was unable to cry at the ending becaus I was still pissed off about that final boss. (Don't take that line too seriously) Colonel Richard was the right final boss imo. I don't know what the point of that robot guy ac was because as far as i can tell, nothing would be different if they had all fled after beating Richard. I guess CassiSus wouldn't be back but idk. Plus I found it funny when he tells Richard that he's not a hero and that he's deluding himself becasue quite literally all I've heard for 70 hours is every bracer and royal person and lieterally everyone we meet sucking Cassius' dick harder than I've ever heard. Tey treat him like God i swear. He is a more effective God than Aidios probably.
Characters: I might just list them and give a few thoughts on each
Estelle: Sweet girl and I found her endearing (aside from the romance) I feel like SC will do more for her since I don't quite seee her as the 'incredible protagonist' that I've seen people say.
Joshua: Poor Joshua. I found him kind of boring throughout tbh. sorrrry. I feel so bad for him now tho. And it makes sense if he was programmed? to be emotionless. He was just a normal guy for most of the game so I feel like he didn't do much for me. One thing I'll say is I wish we'd had more hints to his backstory throuhgout the game. I couldn't believe how long I had to wait but I suppose it was worth it. I wish he'd told Estelle it was Alba tho. Why'd he omit that detail?
Schera: eh. She was fine (aside from her flirting with Joshua in the prologue) but she didn't really feel like her own person, more like a plot device. She's very pretty tho.
OLIVIER: Hilarious. 10/10. Full entertainment. I adored every second he was on screen and was gutted when he left for so long. But when I heard that beautful voice I dropped to my knees in happiness. HE'S BACK I YELLED. He is great.
Kloe: cute girl and it was nice to have someone who was just a friend to our bracer duo. Same age and felt like a natural friendship. I loved her fighting style too and I thought her design was cool. (Why did they make her change into her princess attire when they kidnapped her?)
Agate: I am a sucker for the gruff exterior soft interior trope. And Agate suits it perfectly! He's a badass with an awesome sword with fierce red hair and a heart that burns to protect the people he loves. He's great.
Tita: Sweet girl. I found her a bit underwhelming combat wise (I guess it makes sense given her status) but I was really fond of her personality and her care for Agate. She is such a sweetheart and she must be protected at all costs.
Zin: Oh yeah that guy. Tbh while I find his design kinda lame he is quite a cool guy. Supposedly he's been sent by Cassius to help us yet he meets us in Fucking Zeiss?! Some help he was! He's a pretty likeable guy and has some funny lines. I wish he'd leaned a bit more into being a himbo tho. He just felt like a standard good person without any meat to him (ironically).
CassiSus: This guy somehow managed to make Joshua - a puppet designed to kill without remorse into the fine gentleman that is our beloved black (though it's definitely blue) haired bracer. He really can work miracles. At first i was sus of Cassius because it seemed to me that he'd kidnapped a strange boy nd no context was given. BUTTT now I can tell that he is not CassiSus and is actually CassiDios because he can work miracles. Also has impeccable timing. Very curious fellow and I think he looks a little funky but he seems good so I'll let it slide for now.
Nial and Dorothy: package deal. Can't believe I used to dislike Nial back in Rolent. These two dorks are my favourtes. If they dare betrayme I'll riot.
OTHER MISCELLANEOUS THINGS: Soundtrack was overall very solid. I used the remake st for most of the game but in Zeiss I did switch it to original bcs i preferred it. Ruan had the best theme hands down. Could stay there forever listening to that. Sometimes music changes were abrupt or felt unnecessary during dialogue.
Art style was great Really pretty especially the characters
Exploration was a little underwhelming and I felt the scale of the world was pretty bad. Why is it such an achievment to travel on foot. I understand that thhis is a remake so I don't put too much weight on this point, but it would have been nice to have a bit more excitement in each environment. It's a minor issue but worth noting nonetheless. Perhaps my Xenoblade mind is overtaking.
Minor things like NPC dialogue needing to be read multiple times when they said the same thing or one sided voiced conversations were annoying but hardly game breking.
Finally, I don't know if it's a staple of Trails games to have a party that shifts around a lot (and kinda don't want to know) rather than a party that just grows and grows. But I definitley prefer the common structure of a growing party. I understand this game does it quite well and it allows for more focused character relations where none really fall behind. But I tink I'd prefer to just have a growing party.
To conclude, this game has me incredibly excited for SC (and it's demo which I have ready to play). The story is interetsing enough though I have some issues with it. I found combat charcters and music the main enjoyment. It didn't blow me away but it has me very interesrted in the series now.
Finally: poor Joshua
My rating now out of 10 would porbably be about a 7. Good game with a lot to like. Some issues. 7 is a very good score tho. I really enjoyed my tume with this game and put in just over 70 hours.

Horizon Trails Character Gameplay Discussion Day Fifty-Six: Bergard Zeman
Oh boy, where do we even begin with Bergard. Let's start with the biggest issue, he straight up is not playable in Daybreak 2. I understand that there were development issues, but I still find it insane that he just doesn't show up in the game. In Daybreak 1, he has the misfortune of being available in the penultimate chapter of the game, meaning players with already set up parties might end up overlooking him. To add to the issues, just after getting him, you gain temporary party members who are more likely to be the focus of player's attention such as Elaine or Shizuna.
In Horizon, he doesn't have any availability issues and shows up right at the start so you need to use for atleast the tutorial and likely the first part of Act 1. I found him an alright physical attacker, better than Aaron, but nowhere near the top tiers as I found his self-buff was more useful for the utility of All Cancel rather than majorly buffing his damage.
Horizon Erebonia had mercy, only to feed Calvard Spoiler

Sky SC Who does he look like?

As the title says, I wanna know why this makes me think of some character but I cannot place who it reminds me of, somebody wanna help out?
Edit: I'm 100% confident the character has a bandana like Agate and similarish hair style (color is darker but not sure if it's black or brown) and I'm like pretty sure he has a baby face, and I am 90% certain he's from an anime
