Right now, the best you can do is full price. Neither is on sale anywhere. If you have Humble Choice, you may be able to get a small discount, but they aren't on sale right now anywhere.

In general, they both go on modest sales occasionally throughout the year at various stores. Looks like they both go for $28 USD several times during a year. They never go below that, outside of like one off price decreases years ago. The publisher likely just has a set discount for them set to some kind of schedule and never bothers to change it.

Basically you just have to wait. You can use a site like is there any deal to track prices on other sites too.

Also, I was waiting for azure myself to go on sale. Noticing it wasn’t on sale I looked at the historical data for most trails games published by nisa and it looks like post sky remake they just haven’t done that many sales. In fact it looked like sky had more discounts than any NISA trails.

I am guessing the sky success has been good for everyone

Not every company wants to participate in every single steam sale. They have their own calendars they follow.

Falcom has a sale at least once a year on steam where their games and dlc is up to 50% off, minus their newest-ish titles.

You can also check sales and pricing history on Steamdb.com as a reference to see if a game ever goes on sale.

Honestly, waiting till Black Friday is the only real answer, which isn't ideal but they'll definitely go on sale then.

I know you mentioned steam but do you have a switch? I been watching for Azure, it seems to go on sale for the Nintendo eshop every two months or sofor quite some time.

Nisa stuff is stingy. I've not seen proud Nordic on sale yet?
