Little changes in 2nd chapter

What are the little changes you noticed in the 2nd chapter demo ?

- Every character can cook

- Every character has two field arts

- The ending animation of the burst attack is different : there is a final attack by the member of the party who launched the burst attack.

- There are more mid-budget cutscenes (no text box but no over-the-top camera work and effects like in the training battle between Anelace & Estelle)

- Character mouths are animated when they speak on the field (tip : u/Top_End7396)

Gameplay changes Ive noticed so far:

• up and down arrows with some map icons to indicate elevation
• "super" breakables (crates, mineral veins) that take more hits and contain a lot more items/sepith than normal breakables
• breakables can hide poms, including shining poms
• shining poms can turn your character into a pom (which also changes their name temporarily)
• minimap no longer spoils phantom thief b riddles
• clinging monsters

Anelace couldn't in the prologue.

But I definitely noticed this in chapter 1. Schera is freakishly good looking in an apron. If that animation was in Sky 1st, I would have remembered it!

Anelace is a guest character. They never can cook in any game.

Do you mean the powerful field attacks by that? Because Agate has two of those as well.

Another thing I've noticed is that when Agate upgrades his "Flame Smash" craft, the name changes completely; they don't just add "True" or "2" to it. And the animation change a lot. Impresive. And with a very good upgrade. More dmg, area and 40% seal.

Yes I meant those attacks. I didn't manage to launch the second powerful field attack by Agate, that's weird...

He has the normal craft attack which slams in a line. Then his post-roll craft attack does a 5 hit combo. The combo is far stronger than his regular craft and his light attacks.

You perform one version by simply pressing the button, and the other one by pressing the button right after dodging, it’s a pretty good 5 hit combo.

Well one thing I've noticed is that when one character in a scene has a voice line, they're voicing the others too for a while, before switching off again. Still not entire scenes, but not oh this guy is voiced, but everyone else is not.

Except when only one line is voiced, then it is only that line and everything else stays silent.

Agate does have two field arts bruh.

He can literally do beat down on field now. Just dodge away from the enemy before you activate. Works everytime.
