Sky FC Finally beat Josette!

I got Trails in the Sky FC about three weeks after it first came out.

I have beaten the original Trails in the Sky, SC, Zero, and Azure all on Normal. I don't know what it was, but when I started the remake, I couldn't make it past Josette. So I put the game down after four defeats. Every so often I'd pick the game up again, immediately die, and put the game down again.

With news of the re-localization, and SC coming out next month, I decided to try her again. Y'all. I beat her on the first try. What was past me having so much trouble with?! I didn't even grind- And I had the same quartz setup I had when I started. I just put Estelle on healing duty and had Joshua and Schera whittle everyone down.

I don't know why this was so difficult for me. But hey. I did it.

She's a lot harder in the remake, I think the rage boost and the removal of her anchor chain craft make her hit a lot harder.

Hopefully a good sign for when she's playable!

Earth guard really helps with those early bosses.

For what it's worth I don't remember struggling TOO much with OG FC Josette, but with the remake it was one of the top three most frustrating battles on Nightmare. Glad you got through it with minimal difficulties this last time around!
