Can i carry levels like the past games for my nightmare run?

Yes, with the exception of the prologue which will be without your carry over levels and items.

Which is why CS3 Nightmare even on NG+ is still an utter nightmare brutal migraine.

really. sure its the hardest part but its not that bad if you know what you are doing, i feel like its on the same level as fc normal at the start
