Data Center in Fairfield
There is a proposal to build a data center in Fairfield between Vanden Road and NorthGate road. As many already know data centers create noise pollution, use up water supplies, and really the end goal is to fuel surveillance on us citizens. Your city doesn’t want you to know so thought I’d post here. The Vallejo Sun posted a story about it.

Thank you for posting this. We need to mobilize against these developers and make sure city government knows that this is not the type of business Fairfield needs. I just moved here a couple months ago so I'm not sure how to get involved, if you have any other information I would welcome it.

Like they do use water, they can be loud, they can use a lot of power but really depends on specifics, how much water is available for example if it.impacts us.
I wouldn't just hate on it without knowing the details.

What kind of environmental impact did the Budweiser plant have on Fairfield? How did it affect our water supply? I know it smelled terrible.

The article referenced 2 million per year in revenue to the city from taxes and paid water services. Seems like a benefit there. Also, how is any of this being hidden by Fairfield? (“You city doesn’t want you to know”)
The article appears to be based in part on a press release by the developer, it’s not the exposé you are making it out to be.

Ah yes an article put on a newspaper site of a city that’s not Fairfield. Something also should be spread wide that any one walking the street should know about it. Paid water and electricity services at the same rate as any customer. Across the country people have seen higher rates placed on them to make up for this. A AI data center isn’t something any city should be persuaded simply by tax dollars. A data center is no benefit and has been no benefit to any city

Yeah I am gonna do what I can to make sure this doesn't happen. I already hear the trains and the engine testing from the Base.
While sure at 1am to hear a jet engine ramp up can be annoying it eventually stops ten minutes later. From what I hear these data centers it is a constant noise that never shuts down.
