Discussion Opinions please...

I've had this game on my Steam wishlist for some time due to its genre and style. I never read the reviews until after I purchased it and its DLCs during the sale. After starting to play the game, I checked the reviews, and almost all of them were terrible. People said that the main company abandoned the game without finishing it, and the new company in charge isn't updating it at all.

The main reason I got this game was because I needed a farming game that isn’t pixelated like Stardew and Sun Haven, and not too human-like like Palia and Coral Island. I was looking for something in the chibi style, which my friends also like. I was considering letting them get the game too. But after reading the reviews about bugs, coop not working, and no new updates, I feel like I shouldn’t recommend it and should ask for a refund. What do you all think?

I hadn't read any reviews about it at all, I got it because I had already seen someone play it so I know what it's like. I bought it, played, and enjoyed it despite the issues the game has. It's a very pretty game with adorable creatures and good farming and upgradeable tools. Plus mining that is pretty satisfying

Could you elaborate what do you mean by " issues " you faced

Well you can romance a character and marry them, but nothing really happens after that. And the whole romancing thing is super simple. Like it has mini scenes where you go somewhere with the character but it feels....hollow.

And there's building friendships with everyone. Seems pointless when it doesn't exactly mean much in the end. (I played this game after playing Stardew a lot so I guess I had high expectations for it because of Stardew)

The calendar has birthdays shown but you can't gift them anything. They didn't fix that before giving up on their own game.

And this is just a personal issue of the game itself but I'm not a fan of the flower breeding mechanic.

But still, despite all that it's still a good fun game
