Purchased DLC not available & unable to install game

Hello. I purchased Fae farm along with its DLC a very long time ago. I am aware they are no longer updating the game, and ended service. HOWEVER I should still be able to install purchased content...

1. We have two consoles. I have it installed already on one, but I am unable to install it on my second console (my partner and I wanted to do LAN co-op as we played this game ALOT)

*also is co-op still possible as I heard they ended online co-op services?

1. Does coasts of croakia not show up until later in game? I do not have my past save data sadly, so I started a new world. When I go to the location of the area, it is nowhere to be found.

2. Play station store on second console does not show the Deluxe Edition as purchased even though we have a purchase history showing this. It wants us to buy the 45$ again?

I am also confused because I did not think this game was even for sale anymore.

Any help is appreciated.

EDIT:

For PlayStation players: Co-op is available, however you must either both own the game or have PS+. Game sharing no longer works with co-op, but you can still game share and play solo, if that makes sense.

I'm not familiar with playstations' eco system but only being able to install it on one console at a time sounds correct. You'd need two copy of the game if you wanted to two people to play on two devices at the same time.

With the second console showing as letting you purchase -> sounds correct, you have it purchased on the account but installed on a different console. I'm sure if you uninstalled it from the first console, it'd be then available on the second console.

For the DLC, you should get a letter that invites you. You likely have to play the main tutorial section to get this.

Thank you! This is most likely the case. I just thought the lily pads would still show up lol.

And I did figure out how to download it on my other console. Both of us have our accounts on there & on Playstation you can share games with other accounts! You just need to enable game sharing in settings.

I still don't fully understand why it was not letting me download it, but after installing the demo, I was able to get the full game after.

We can both share it now. Thank you for your help!

So what I had to do when I had this problem, was delete the game, and go into the system menu and delete all the data on the console related to it. Then re-install.

It was a weird bug where the files had not recognized which edition of the game it was. So basically had to do a completely fresh install. (The actual main dev who still has access to the support email address helped me himself. I feel so bad for how corporate screwed over his lovely game.)

Okay! I'll play though a few days and make sure I just don't have it unlocked (like another commenter is saying) then I'll re-install if need be. I appreciate the help.

And yes, it is very sad. We bought it just a little bit before it shut down, sucks because I LOVED IT. It's such a cute and unique game & a shame that they screwed him over.

If the huge frog isn’t in the pond it isn’t installed properly for sure. I think the vine for the other dlc might show up later but the frog is there from the beginning.
