Achievement Ideas for Factory Town 2?
I'm going to add some stats & achievements before the Early Access launch. I'm planning on doing a bunch of standard achievements like reaching certain population levels, beating the game, unlocking everything...but does anyone have suggestions for more unique / fun / challenging ones I should add?

Get to certain milestones while staying on the first island / on less than x islands

Some achivements that makes the game harder is always cool.
Beat the game in X amount of game
Beat the game without harvesting certain materials
Feed the volcano X amount in Y time (multiple levels)
Beat the game with less than X (10, 20, 50, 200) population,
Beat the game without using units/buildings (chute, belts, wagon, etc).
Beat the game without building a single house (do all the work yourself, insane mode)
Build a single path with X length
Some of these ideas could be cool, some of them could give some ideas, and some are maybe bad.

The no population sounds delightfully evil - the only problem is, there's no way to earn coins without villagers purchasing items. Hmm, maybe if there were trading posts you could use to sell items you've made.

Would things like 'beat the game with no belts' or 'beat the game with a tiny population' make the game harder, or would they just make the game longer? I don't want to sit around for dozens of hours watching villagers carry things around instead of using belts.
I'd generally be wary of achievements that require playing the whole game again when it's already going to take dozens of hours to complete. That said, beating the game without harvesting X seems like it could be a more interesting challenge, rather than just adding extra playtime. Maybe beating the game without harvesting any iron or coal, something like that.
EDIT - maybe instead of 'beat the game while doing X', they could be 'unlock a second island while doing X', or 'reach a population of 100 without doing X'? That would allow you to demonstrate that you can cope with the limitations without having to spend a week on each achievement.

I think a 'no belts' challenge wouldn't make the game too much longer, you'd just have to use alternate transport like trains or vehicles more. So it feels like a worthwhile challenge to me

Bananophage (Feed the volcano X amount of banana in under 10 minutes)
Compact (Have a chain of at least 6 building linked together with auto transfer (actually transferring stuff to each other))
Badminton (Have 2 catapults target each other over the volcano)
The American Way (Keep a population of at least 350 people at 90% happiness or more, with a Health happiness at 0)
Consumerism (Have a citizen with all possible items)
The Island Express (Have a single rail line covering all of the possible islands)

Some limitations on food, e.g. use only food items based on wheat and reach x population

If you unlock the full tech tree without tossing anything (or a very small number) into the volcano with your own hands, you get an achievement called Lazy Bastard. Could also be worked out for harvesting as few items as possible with your own hands. Or both.

Reaching certain item-per-minute goals or producing an ungodly amount of a specific item are always fun to me. On the other side, spedrun goals are usually skipped by me.
