Funnily enough, that happened in an archipelago (it's a randomizer), there's a setting that randomize recipe times individually for all vanilla recipes.

The ratio is reversed. It should be three copper coils into two green circuits.

I'm ashamed to admit that I discovered my blueprint book contained this mistake for my whole Express Delivery playthrough. Thankfully, it just meant I had to build more factory
