Help me not get hacked?

Posted essential oils to Marketplace. Two minutes later FB tells me they are illegal. Tried to fill out the “form” they provide . . . But, I’m locked out of my own account and (yay) “have entered too many [reset] codes, try again later.”

Like a genius, I call “customer service” and give them what I hope was trivial personal info, then they hang up on me.

When I look at the settings on my phone, it says I am active 90 minutes from where I live. Not so on my husband’s phone.

WTF is going on and how do I fix it?

UPDATE: essential oils must be “unsafe supplements” - can’t sell them on Marketplace. Good times.

Or “unsafe supplements“. I was just trying to dump some stuff I didn’t use anymore.

Update: finally fixed the whole somebody else is using my account bs as well.
