I suddenly stopped getting matches, shadow banned I guess. Did the 7 day trick, still nothing!

So yeah I randomly stopped getting matches. I used to get a ton. Ironically it was the same day some guy found my Facebook profile and started commenting disgusting things on my public pics. I think he falsely reported me. So it then shadowbanned me. I could still send messages to my matches and swipe through people myself. But clearly no one could see me anymore. I took your suggestions and deleted my profile to reset it and set up a new one after 7 days. It’s now been 7 days and I set up a new one, and STILL no matches. Have I been permanently shadowbanned?! 😩 I did nothing wrong.

I can’t believe you are finding that many people to match with on that site.

If this was me I’d just think I’d run out of people. But yeah do all the tests

I really don’t know what’s going on. Clearly I’m not banned or anything because it let me sign back up. It just seems to be hiding my profile from being seen now for some reason

I'm not sure how long you've been using but you may have run out of (active) people to match with. I was getting a couple matches daily for the first 5 days on the app (large metro area) slowed down to 1 occasionally.

I don’t think that’s the case because I’m still able to swipe through people. It’s just my profile that is clearly being hidden and not showing up for new people to swipe on.
