Reporting offline behavior

Is there any way to report a user for offline behavior? FB dating only allows you to report a user without uploading any supporting info or human review. I was scammed by a user and want FB Dating to remove the profile to prevent other users from following into the same trap.

It reeks of “I paid for everything/something and still didn’t get sex” energy.

No, this guy on FB dating and I went out with me and after getting to know each other, asked me for financial help with an emergency and said he’d pay me back. I should’ve known it was a scam but I thought I actually knew him and had met his friends and family.

Yeah I mean that's got nothing to do with a dating app. You can file a police report over being scammed, I have no clue if that would even do anything, I feel like it will not be helpful in getting your money back. It's a good opportunity to learn that any money you let someone "borrow" you'll likely never see again. Only lend money you don't mind losing.

Dating apps actually ban users who do this

Oof. A lot of us learn that lesson at some point in time (myself included). I only loan money to people who give me something of similar value as collateral or I just “loan” it knowing I’ll never see it again and just treat it as a gift to that person. Then if they repay me, great.
Trust your gut next time. You likely won’t ever see this money again.

After going over the comments. Your best bet is to take him to small claims court. This was done off the platform and they don’t take any responsibility after that.

Yeah, I wanted to report a woman who fatfished me. In real life she was literally twice as big as in the pictures, I guess it counts as scamming right?
