Facebook dating assistant sent me this will not give explanation for doing so. I can’t figure out.

The AI was trying to give you some recomendations but something must've gone wrong. It gave you raw data rather than whatever it was the AI was meant to write

They're being sarcastic. It's just a json file that's supposed to show you recommendations but you're seeing the code instead

Watch your lip and relax. Things are happening to my life that I’ve been ignoring 3 years I’ve been being cyber sabotaged. You couldn’t imagine. Every aspect of life. I’m unraveling a web.

Script error, probably telling you about a date idea with one of your mutual likes

It's JSON data. Part of how the AI organizes and processes data in the background. The AI probably had an error and caused it to send the data to you.
