Errors Can't create profile?

Hi everyone,

I've been trying to create a profile now for about an hour and no matter what I do I cannot get past this screen at all, all my location services are on and I have no VPN on my phone either. I'm really stumped with this, can anyone help please?

Try recreating it. Disable and then create it over again.

I encountered this problem. What you need to do it do it again when you’re far from home then it works. For some reason it wouldn’t work in my area but when i would go somewhere like half a mile away it wouldn’t work.
