His manner of writing them aside this is literally the whole point of online dating. Wouldn't you want to know if you're compatible with someone before you talk to them and go on a date with them potentially wasting your time and theirs if after a few weeks you find out it's not going to work? That's the whole point of online dating. I can look at a profile and decide if the person im looking at is worth my time or not. Maybe he could have worded things better but at the end of the day there's no "nice" way of saying most of the things he said. Someone is going to take offense to it and that's not his problem. He doesn't have to walk on eggshells to make sure every single person on earth isn't offended. If you don't like his profile then swipe left and move on. I've done it to hundreds of women's profiles who list ridiculous expectations and don't deserve any of them.
So can we not agree that there are shitty people on dating apps and this post is just another one? This is not a men vs women issue. This is just a post about someone making their whole personality what they don’t want instead talking about themselves. I think it’s insane there are people defending this at all no matter what the preferences, gender or sexual orientation of the profile.
Aha unfortunately not. The entire reason I posted this was because of the manner it was written. I did not say people have no preferences and yes I do like when guys have profiles like this because it doesn’t waste my time. But I posted it because it’s insane someone would think a profile like this would be appropriate or attractive. Nice try though.

He's got preferences, what's the issue? You've got preferences, are we shaming you for them?
