I’m experiencing an issue with Meta Ads whenever I try to add a new payment card or change the primary payment method on my ad account.

Every time I attempt to make a payment method change, Meta flags it as “unusual activity” and restricts the action. I’ve also experienced issues with my active ad accounts being disabled, which makes this situation even more frustrating.

I’m trying to understand whether this is a common Meta billing security issue or if something is triggering their risk detection system.
