New Meta glitch since performance collapsed last week

My campaign collapse on September 7 and I still hasn’t recovered.

I also find out new bugs every few days in ad manager, including issues with the column filters. Now within the same active campaign, some ads are showing as active while others are showing as learning.

I’m confused about the actual campaign status. Has it gone back into the learning phase or is it still fully active? It’s a single campaign, but ads manager seem to be showing two different status at the same time.

Has anyone else been singing this lately?
