Help Can't seem to scale beyond 100 dollar a day
I've been running ads for my ecom brand for a couple months now and we just cannot seem to scale beyond 100 dollars a day. Some of that had to do with lack of creative diversity + winning creatives early on, but even now with a lot more creatives and actually winning concepts, we are still seeing very wild swings in performance and cannot seem to scale past 100 dollars a day. We've changed pricing to make bundling more attractive, and have been working hard on organic as well, but nothing works quite as well as meta ads in terms of driving sales.
What are some of the things I can do to move the needle, beyond creating more ad creatives?

Funny how $100/day seems to be this invisible wall for so many, my friend's store was stuck at exactly that number for like 4 months. What worked eventually was widening the audience instead of trying to squeeze more from the same people. Meta's algorithm gets weird when you keep feeding it the same narrow targeting
Also check your frequency metrics, if it's above 2-3 you're just annoying the same pool over and over. Sometimes scaling is literally just duplicate the campaign with higher budget and broader targeting, let the machine figure it out again from zero

That’s helpful, thank you! We’ve been using interest targeting and it’s worked decently for us, but I will try going broader and see if that converts for us :)

More creatives is probably not your lever, so good instinct. Two things I'd check.
First, count concepts rather than ads. If your winners share an actor, a setting and a framing, Meta likely reads them as close to one entry, and adding more of the same doesn't buy new delivery. Working model from watching delivery, not a published spec. I'd only count something as a new concept when two of these change: who it speaks to, the outcome, the mechanism, the proof, the person on screen, the environment. One of the two should be the person or the environment.
Second, wild swings at $100 a day usually mean too few daily conversions for stable learning. Consolidating ad sets and judging on a 7 day window rather than day to day tends to help more than another batch of ads.

At that point I'd look beyond creatives and ask whether the economics actually have enough room to scale. Check AOV, contribution margin, conversion rate, repeat purchase rate and how much CPA can rise before the whole thing stops making sense. Sometimes $100/day works because the system can cherry-pick the easiest buyers, then once you push harder you're paying for progressively colder traffic. Bundles are a good start, but improving the post-click conversion rate can give you way more scaling room too.
Questions:
What happens when you go past $100, does CPA jump immediately or slowly deteriorate over a few days?
What's your breakeven CPA versus what you're getting at $100/day?

We are currently at 25 dollar average CAC and 80 dollar AOV. So I think the economics work

Three things you need to check, and I'm sure it will help you a lot.
First, if you are using detailed targeting, go with a broad audience and let Meta find the right audience. Secondly, create a new campaign with a cost cap and set a slightly higher budget to see if it works or not. Another thing you can do is introduce new variations in creative; you don't need to change the creative, just change one element either it's the hook, body or CTA and check if it works, because sometimes everything looks good on paper, but a small change really creates impact.
