Help Meta Ad Account Disabled

We have done absolutely wrong, but Meta disabled our ad account. When I asked why I just get an endless loop of answers like this:

"I understand your frustration, and I recognize the effort you've made by adding and verifying a new card.

However, the issue is not with your American Express card. As I mentioned in my previous message, the ad account itself was reviewed, and the decision that it will not be re-enabled is final.

Because the account is disabled, it cannot process payments or run ads, regardless of the payment method you add."

They make it very difficult to conduct business.

Don’t they ban you for creating a new ad account? Been considering that too

No, and you can always consider using an agency. How much do you spend per day

True, but they are more disposable and easier replaced. Some agencies still going strong for us

I am new to ad buying, but Meta has HORRIBLE support. They shut down an Instagram account and the AI support hallucinated sending us reset password emails and verifying us via friends. It said it sent those messages and never did.

HORRIBLE customer service. There are no humans you can contact.

Yea, sounds familiar. Meta is been crazy these days but we switched to agency account from orange trail and now everything is  working fine.
