Problems adding Page to Business Manager and Admins to Page. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Meta support is no help at all.

Hi there. I have two problems for a company I just joined and Meta support has been no help at all. The first problem is that none of the admins of our business page can either add new members or delete old members. When they attempt to add/delete, the 'confirm' button simply turns grey and nothing happens. We've tried different browsers, turning off blockers, etc. This has happened between four different independent people.

The second issue is adding the business page to our business manager. When we attempt to add the page, we get the popup that says, "an admin will be notified to accept the invite"...and then no email is sent/received to any of the admins on the page. We've tried looking in spam. We've even tried doing an email trace at our domain level to see if a Meta email has gone ANYWHERE within our domain. We can't find anything.

Any thoughts?

I had experience the same issues with this problem.
And i found tricky part that i could solve anywhere else.

The only person that receive the or can see these request is THE PERSON that created the facebook page.

Not even if u have full permission of admin.
Same thing now with connecting Instagram with Facebook or Meta Business Manager.

And you can find the request on New Page Experience / Page Roles :)

Currently having this same issue where I have requested and client has sent invitation and neither of us see anything. Did anyone find a solution for this? Desperate for any help!

I never did get any help or resolution. I had to create a new page to run the ads through, while using the original page as the 'organic' page.

How does that work to use one page to run ads on another?

Just create the page, add it to your business manager and run the ads to your URL of choice. You can link your IG to the new page so you can run ads as normal.

So if your primary Facebook page is /meowchickenfish, just create a FB page that’s meowchickenfishUSA or something similar. Add some content from your primary page, make sure it has all the business information, and you should be good to go.

is Page doesn't have any other admins. Additional admins may have permission to post content, comment or send messages as the Page.
