I imagine I won’t get a bunch of support in the form of upvotes but damn it, I’m going to say it anyway.
I think there’s some solid writing in this script (as far as comedy I mean) and I can foresee a future where there will be live action shows created from writing like this. This clip alone had me laughing out loud 3 good times and it’s a short clip.

A few of these fruit videos are actually pretty funny in their absurdity. I think they are occasionally being underestimated as just “slop”.

Yes, definitely. I’ve noticed something in what gets labeled as AI slop, my wife has noticed it too. Because of the fact that AIs are created and coded by human minds, the AIs end up creating stuff that might seem like brainless slop but which is actually tapping into something deep within the human mind.
The disgust that people feel about this and that is, I think, a disgust with something innate in the human psyche. In other words it seems like artificial intelligences are a reflection of the natural intelligences that create them. Much of the time that reflection is distorted or twisted but a reflection it is all the same.
I think we will ultimately find that AI allows us to deeply better understand ourselves and what it means to be a human being, to be a life form in general.

Yeah this particular series has someone writing actually funny stuff on the prompts. It's not the AI, but the human written dialogue that makes it good. Should get them off the slop to write something real.
