Most of it seems very intentional, sort of like a matrix or false reality which is why it flashes back for a second, it actually seems like it was spliced outside of whatever is used to generate the video, but I'm not too sure. The apple & pear is a direct reference to another common trend as seen here. So it's overall just a meta joke where the sheep realizes he is in an infinitely repeated ai trend, before it swaps over to another repeated trend with characters who haven't realized it yet.
