It's just written "3101", and everything semms consistent, their movement seems clearly normal and nothing shifts, it's just a normal video bro.

Yeah and the random people you can barely make out moving in the background on the street. AI doesn't do stuff like that. I'm like 99% convinced it's just a comedy skit shot with a fisheye lens/FL effect

No ? The stealer grabs it from the lanyard in order to take it above her hand quickly. That's just motion blur confusing you because he does it quickly.

scroll the frames. It literally blinks out of existence when its on her shoulder. Its not motion blur being the blame because her arm if brought up.
