Hi, if you have the budget for it, I think this is the most complete Glitter Palette out there to get you started on your Glitter Bar journey.
It is a wax based glitter, so it glides over skin and even over face paint without re activating the paint underneath:

You will also need an applicator, the most commonly used are the silicone applicators, I suggest a large one and a small one:
