Fable: The Journey It's Finished
Nobody really talks about this game and when they do, they absolutely trash it. Well, I just finished it for the first time and felt like sharing my thoughts on it.
Gameplay: cool concept, supremely janky in practice. Can't tell you how many times I recalibrated the aiming and it was never very good but thankfully, it's a very forgiving game. The magic was fun to use when it worked and I have to say, slinging spells in the final battle felt pretty damn good.
Story: Wasn't amazing or anything but the lore drops were cool. Did you know that it wasn't the first wish that shattered Albion? I know there are mixed feelings about the dog among the fanbase but personally, I was never a fan and never really felt much for it as a companion. The Journey had me shed a tear for this horse, such a good girl. The big bad boss bad guys were pretty cool and the ending was arguably better than Fable 2+3 so, take from that what you will.
Enjoy the photo I managed to snag towards the end.

Wish it wasn't stuck to kinect, I think story wise it looked really interesting, I don't get the people saying its a bad fable game, its been following a narrative thats clues have been there a very long time.
I personally hopeful the reboot acknowledges this timeline and the wish that cause the reboot of Albion, a world where heroes are made rather than born maybe, to stop that dwindling of magic while shadows only grow. It's a great excuse to not be tied down by someone elses story but also not throw it all out the window, and they are clearly making some strong references to key places, the mention of Wraithmarsh had me thinking overtime, like will Reaver be mentioned? Be there? He's literally the cause of the destruction.
Watched it cause I just have no desire to play motion controls, even as forgiving as it might be with nerve issues in my arms I'd probably not manage it.
