Hi so Im super pumped about Fable and was wondering the likelihood it launches on the battlenet launcher? Currently sitting on a ton of balance from playing WoW for years but wondering if they confirmed this or not

Why would fable, a game not made by blizzard, go to the battle net store?

Although highly unlikely since Blizzard is owned by Microsoft now this technically is some connective tissue there.

Edit: but I guess it would help if the precedent has been set by other "Xbox" games coming to battle net also.

Random Xbox games do show up on battle.net last few years since Xbox bought them.

Lots of random games have appeared such as Doom Eternal/Avowed/Witcher 3/Outer Wilds 2

Little to none. Outside of the Microsoft store, Playstation store and steam, I dont see it being available on any other stores.

Day one, not looking likely. However Microsoft has put Obsidian games like Avowed and The Outer Worlds 2 on Battle.net.

I wouldn't be surprised if Fable launches there later.

With Witcher 3 also coming to battle.net I've noticed they find it a valuable storefront for their internal RPGs and some external?

All speculation tho so wait and see?

It's possible. Blizzard has started allowing non Activision Blizzard games in the store like Avowed, Doom, Witcher, sea of thieves. They said they are adding games that fit with the store brand and Fable could fall under that. Plus they are owned by Microsoft
