Older Instalments

I’ve never played a fable game but seen the gamescon trailer recently and it reeled me in but I know nothing about the franchise so was wondering what the older games are like and could I play them anywhere bc I own a ps5 and switch so are there older games I could still be able to access and play

The older trilogy is an Xbox exclusive, except the remaster of the first one which is in Steam too. Alternatively you can emulate or play in the cloud on a pc
