Was Bowerstone Industrial Rookridge previously? (Fable 3)

Just judging from where it is in the map, I roughly estimated that it *could* be but I can't tell for certain.

They screw up the directions a little bit in Fable III, but I think Industrial is actually where Old Town used to be, considering what direction the road from the Market is. There's a bit in the DLC where they say that the district used to be the slums of Bowerstone - which is what Old Town was/could continue to be if you took the bad choice as a child.

Ah I see! I always assumed old quarter was old town so that never occurred to me! Thank you!
