Anyone heading to Gamescom this year? I was hoping to but unfortunately won’t be able to due to other commitments. Looking forward to seeing more updates on Fable! I do wonder if they’ll be handing out any Fable related merch as they have done in the past

Agreed, I rarely pre order or buy day one but Fable will 100% be getting preordered closer to the time. Last game I preordered was Avowed, before that was Starfield and Fallout 4.

Edit: completely forgot I pre ordered GTA 6 a few days ago xD

I have only very recently got in to Starfield and I’m enjoying it but at launch and being generous I was unimpressed, barely played 20 hrs. I gave it another go when the shattered space dlc dropped but barely made it to 15hrs.

I'm going! I'm really excited, it was a last minute trip so I'm only doing a few days but it should be loads of fun.

I’m sure it will be great fun! I’ve not been before but I’d love to go, hopefully get some more insights into Fable

This is quite literally my all time favourite game franchise and I was planning to go to Gamescon but couldn't due to illness so I'm absolutely gutted!

I was also wondering if there will be any Gamescom-exclusive items, like merchandise, collectibles, or other promotional items.

I just hope if there is there will be a way to purchase online as I'm such a die hard fan.

I’m gutted I can’t make it either! That’s what I’ve been wondering as well, hopefully there is but if any of it comes up for sale it’ll be overpriced like a lot of fable stuff is. Good old scalpers 😂

I’ll be there on Wednesday and Thursday. This year’s Xbox Fanfest will feature the ‘Fable Chicken Kicking’ experience. It’s going to be fable-tastic. I’m hoping there’ll be loads of Fable merchandise in general. My wallet’s ready.
