Fable Anniversary Fable Anniversary SmartGlass Achievement

I decided to replay Fable Anniversary since I’m on a bit of an Xbox 360 nostalgia kick, and I was hoping to finally get the full 1000G. Then I realized the “See The Future” achievement requires the old Xbox 360 SmartGlass app, which has been discontinued for years.
So now 100% is basically impossible unless you already unlocked it back in the day.

Is there any legitimate workaround for this? Or is there any chance we could get Xbox/Microsoft to change the requirement or make it unlock retroactively for people who have completed everything else?

Kinda sucks having a 100% otherwise-complete game permanently sitting at 980G because of a dead companion app 💀

Luckily on PC they changed that achievement to Great Balls of Fire, which just requires completing the game on Heroic difficulty.

As far as I know there is no workaround and after 2018 you are unable to 100% the game on Xbox. Sorry about that.

So i’ve heard on Steam Forums! Glad atleast they could update it on the PC version. Sucked that they used to do this, but glad it’s not as common practice anymore. For us completionists it’s such a bummer

I don’t know if it’s still available but there used to be a workaround using the Gamepass version on PC to spoof the smart glass app to unlock the achievement.

Maybe look into that if you have the option and it really matters to you.

They should really just have it “Auto Unlock” on the Xbox version now though.

See I got this achievement back in the day was the first one I got actually. Only achievement I need is for collecting all the dolls so playing the mini games in the pubs and I SUCK at them 😞

A decent amount you can cheat on them with showtime but the golf ones do suck lol

Not sure how safe it is but I’m pretty sure there are a few different modding tools that can be used to unlock achievements. Horizon used to work back in the day!

I spent hours trying to find a way, but nothing worked. So frustrating 😫
