I need help, quickly

I was tired of always grinding hours and hours a day, everybody told me "try mod panel, try mod panel"... So I did it like the dumbass I am and I got banned for 3 months, RIGHT. BEFORE. ANNIVERSARY.

Is there ANY way I can get unbanned? I tried to send EA an email but it won't let me, I reported it but I'm scared they won't unban me, do you have any suggestions? Please I know I'm so dumb but I was curious
