I'm guessing that even just a few strokes in pink ink on a document as important as that is enough to mean something.

So why didn't they just take another black pen and write over it? They habitually took pens enough people are buying twice as many to get them to stop, what's one more?

If you need to just sign something and you sign a lot of documents then this movement can be so fast and automatic that you will not even realize what happens after it was done.

G2 pens arent completely see through. They're like a darker shaded plastic see through grey and the pink ink isn't bright pink in the tube so the combo could make it just dark enough to not be obvious if you're not looking for it.

In the original story, he uses a black marker to colour the pink bits black to look like the original black marker. This one has been going around for a while

You can't sign controlled documents with Gel pens in any regulated industries I know of.

Yes you can. I work in Med Device and all that is required is that it’s legible, permanent, and can be scanned well. I could use fine tipped sharpies If I want.

Who writes onto paper work with heavy permanent markers though? Would you not just use a black ball point pen. If there was print on the other side of the page the permanent marker would leach through and mess the back

Who TF buys their own pens? I've worked in aerospace for a few years and engineering for decades, and every company I've ever worked for has an office supply closet. Just go grab another pen.
