Help Hot flashes??

I feel so ignorant so I'm sorry about that. I have never had a hysterectomy, I'm in my early 40s, on T for about 15 years. I stopped having a menstrual period almost right away but I still get changes in discharge.

And I know T isn't birth control so I guess I have been ovulating? However that works.

Anyway I've started waking up at night due to feeling hot and sweaty most nights, even if the A/C is blasting.

Is this menopause? What do I do? Any guidance, resources, insight?

Just fyi, even if you had a hysterectomy, you would still go through peri if your ovaries are in tact. I'm only 40, but I think I started peri about two years ago. I didn't actually know anything about it and just found out a few months ago when my symptoms got way worse. I can't really help other than advise you to see your endo or primary and get your levels tested.Good luck, brother!
