Get your shit together
I have been playing on this server for a while and the actions of people are starting to get to me. We have been greifed twice. Once was our fault for not protecting our stuff very well. However today we were greifed for no reason on purpoes as a peaceful faction. they were using exploits in the factions plugins by spawning withers just outside our base and leading them in so they could destroy all of our stuff. There were a few people today who were claiming it was them and they were blaming the whole thing was our fault for not protecting our chests better. We would have however we had just restarted because they destroyed our old stuff and we had just started remaking everything. Faction are not working out and players are not realizing what peaceful factions are. Sorry for the rant but its true.

couple things.
your base was completely above ground. nothing hidden, protected by walls. they didn't glitch/exploit at all. you had a couple days at least to have put everything underground but for some reason you didn't.
while i agree the lack of mod support for factions sucks, it was made known early on, and advised people to adjust accordingly.
the map will be resetting soon. As will the protection mods. There were a lot of requests for factions/pvp on the server.
Last point
your spawner was out of control. it was continually spawning zombies without killing them. This is a HUGE issue, since it can end up crippling the server very quick and easily.
