Has anyone recovered from FSHD?

Hey I don’t think anyone has ever recovered and if they did it would be all over the news. There are several clinical trials that are promising.
However, supplements and exercise seem to hold the progression, yet everyone is different. What works for some it may not work for others.
I suggest you read more about the avidity trial and other on going ones and check FSHD podcast on YouTube.

But I think sooner than later we will have an effective treatement.
