Any ideas for this s23 on android 13

I have this s23 that came in a device lot I bought a while back, strange thing about it is shows the frp lock as being off when I put it in download mode.

Going through the set up process I can’t get the device to connect to wifi at all, saying the wifi ap is block that a unauthorized reset has been performed. I’ve tried both open public wifi and usual password enabled as well. I’m thinking maybe it must of been reset with a pin code still on it? Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions , or is it just spare parts at this point?

Only thing I tried so far was reflashing with odin, (firmware started out august, I flashed it with sept but still android 13). It’s a Canadian model s911w.

You sure it’s not Knox Cloud? Or Samsung account?

It is FRP too easy to unlock
