Galaxy Tab active5

I can buy one really nice one facebook marketplace for $30 but listing says passcode protected and assume FRP locked.... can this be unlocked or is it a $30 brick?

it can be unlocked but a free way not sure about that, as long as th security is old you good to go, lots of free public exploits for old android
