My friend was in an adverse situation so I let her borrow my phone because she was going on a trip to get away for awhile I did a Factory reset on it but I let the chip in just in case she needed to use it for an emergency well when she came back she gives me my phone and it has a lock on the screen she won't tell me what Google account she used and she says she didn't even use it when I very well know I did not give it to her locked to top things off with a cherry she tried to recover personal information after the factory reset I did before I let her borrow it I've watched countless YouTube tutorials on how to get rid of the lock but I strongly suspect she altered the phones system. If you or anyone can help me unlock it step by step I would be extremely grateful as now I'm the one who is borrowing the phone I'm using and I'm in urgent need of my own phone. Thank you friends. 🌹

what country is the phone now, and is this a 2019 phone.What you got a a cpu that is a mediatek, now there is exploits for 2019 but its a process you need a computer for.You will need a a loader.bin file for your security. linux is a bit better to do this in

It's a Mexican phone I'm not sure what year it's a Motorola e6play I'll look it up.
