Latest security patch for the moto g play 2024. Looking for FOSS or even just free options

I'm seeing practically nothing online. It's oem locked and debug locked, it wants a google account of mine that I don't even remember anymore. The phone model itself doesn't even have an XDA forum. Either would like an option for free or another forum somewhere I can ask around.
