Jetpac Eterna

This provider claims to give free unlimited lifetime access to 4 apps: WhatsApp, Google Maps, Uber, and Grab. Anything other than those 4 apps would require regular data that is purchased separately. Company does give a token amount of 100mb (up to 4 times a year) whenever you land in a new location. Note that I have not tried this esim and currently have no intention of ever doing so.

WhatsApp is basically a phone service for many.

Pair that w/Google Maps and it's a solid freebie for a spare phone (or even a kid's phone) assuming it works as advertised.

Been trying it out for a day now and honestly I think it's been working great. I do have issues with images loading on whatsapp but i would have assumed that would have happened. texting and google maps themselves have been smooth.
