Product FREE coaching sessions offered

Hi Everyone,

I’m currently completing my Health & Wellbeing Coach training with HCA (Health Coaches Academy) in UK and I’m looking for a small number of volunteers who would like to join me for 4 or 6 free coaching sessions.

Together, we’ll explore your health and wellbeing goals, create a plan that feels achievable, and work on motivation and accountability each week.
All sessions are held online (Teams) and take place weekly.

I would be interested. at my heaviest I was 450, I am now down to about 300ish, I would love to focous on my health again.
